RETURNS & REFUNDS
We are dedicated to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every Pierre Cardin purchase. If you need to exchange an item, we offer a comprehensive exchange service in accordance with our terms and conditions.
Exchange Policy
- Timeframe: Requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your purchase.
- Scope: Applies to local deliveries only.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all labels attached.
- Exclusions: Items showing signs of wear and tear or damage from improper use are not eligible.
Return Process
- Notification: You must email enquiries@pierrecardin.com.my with your order number and product details before returning any items.
- Inspection: All returns undergo a thorough quality assurance inspection. We reserve the right to reject exchanges that do not meet our standards.
Exchange Options
- Different Product: Upon a successful inspection, we will issue a Gift Card equivalent to the value of the returned item to be used toward a new order.
- Defective/Incorrect Items: If you receive a manufacturing defect or the wrong item, contact customer service with your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting images.
Quality Inspection
- Our team meticulously inspects every return. If a fault is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement. If a replacement is unavailable, a Gift Card will be issued.
Processing Timeframes
- Standard Processing: 5 Working Days
- Peak Periods (Seasonal Sales): Up to 7 Working Days
- Note: Roncato Sdn Bhd reserves the right to reject any exchanges at our discretion.
