Exchange Policy
We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you need to exchange an item, we are pleased to offer an exchange service, subject to the following terms:
Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving your purchase, applicable to local delivery only. Items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all labels attached. Items showing signs of wear and tear, or those that are damaged due to improper use, are not eligible for exchange.
Before returning any items for an exchange, please notify us at enquiries@pierrecardin.com.my with your order number and product details. This will help us process your exchange more efficiently. All returned items will be thoroughly inspected by our team according to our Exchange Policy. We reserve the right to reject any exchanges if the items do not meet our exchange standards.
- If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, we will issue a Gift Card equivalent to the value of the returned item once it has passed our inspection. You can then place a new order using the Gift Card for the desired item.
- If you receive an incorrect item or an item that is faulty due to design or defect, please contact our Customer Service team at enquiries@pierrecardin.com.my with your order number, a short description of the issue, and supporting images.
Our quality control team will inspect the item. If found faulty, we will offer a replacement or issue a Gift Card if the replacement is unavailable. Our Customer Service team will guide you through the next steps.
We aim to process all exchanges within 5 working days of receiving the items. During peak periods, such as sales, please allow up to 7 working days for your exchange to be processed. Roncato Sdn Bhd reserves the right to reject any exchanges at our discretion.
